-1 Kg of potatoes
-500g of minced meat
-100g of grated parmesan
-3 onions
-25g parsley
-1/4L Milk
-1 Teaspoon of salt, pepper and paprika
-1 / 2 cup of olive oil
-1 Knob of butter
Preparation of the recipe :
Cook the potatoes into slices in a pan with boiling water.
Cook ground meat in another pan with salt, pepper, sweet pepper, diced onions, oil and parsley. Butter a gratin dish.
Arrange half the quantity of potatoes in the dish.
Add the milk to the first layer of potatoes.
Then add the minced meat (any quantity of minced meat), then pour the second and final layer of potatoes on top.
Then add the grated parmesan and bake.
Cooking time: About 35 minutes
